Boulos Toursarkissian, MD, RPVI, RVT, FACS

Dr. Toursarkissian, better known as Dr. T by his patients, has been treating patients in South Texas since 1998. With an academic background, Dr. Toursarkissian has a clinical interest in dialysis access, carotid stenting and endovascular treatment of arterial blockages. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in treating all vascular conditions including peripheral artery disease (PAD), carotid disease, venous disease and abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA).

As a board-certified vascular surgeon, Dr. T is trained to provide all treatment options for vascular disease including medical management, minimally invasive cath lab procedures, hybrid surgical techniques and open surgery.

Dr. Toursarkissian is married with two college aged children. He enjoys hunting and most outdoor activities. Due to his passion for academia, he still plays a major role in teaching vascular surgery fellows and is a reviewer and on the editorial board for the international publication “Journal of Vascular Surgery”. His CV includes over 100 publications and book chapters.
